Neil was born in Layton, Utah and has lived in 2 other states before moving to Los Angeles. His dad is active duty air force and was just an extra in the upcoming movie "Transformers". He is the 4th child and is very athletic for his age. He is in the 2nd grade and very well mannered and well liked by all. Not a day goes by where someone doesn't stop him and make comments about his looks.
Neil has the desire and drive to achive anything! He is hard working (for a 7 yr. old) and is a great listener when it comes to instructions. He will work at something til he achieves his goal.

Neil has won Summer King, most beautiful eyes, nicest smile and Prince in the Hawaiian Tropic Pagents over the past couple months.
